Position Overview
Margaux is seeking an exemplary store associate to join our team opening a new store on Fillmore Street in San Francisco. Every store team member will work closely with the Store Manager and Margaux HQ team to ensure the successful launch of this new store location. Your goal will be to create a memorable, personalized shopping experience for every customer through exemplary service and a passion for the Margaux brand. Every store associate will be an essential team member, facilitating the seamless launch of the new store and integration in the community. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing luxury fashion DTC brand at an exciting stage of growth.
Responsibilities
  • Provide an outstanding and personalized client experience by leading with exceptional service on the sales floor, greeting customers promptly and engagingly, offering expert styling advice, and showcasing comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Contribute to business growth and achieve sales goals by proactively understanding and responding to customer needs, and promptly addressing any customer concerns that may arise.
  • Maintain the selling floor in alignment with brand standards; ensure visual merchandising is consistently updated and assist in the implementation and management of in-store inventory strategy.
  • Maintain BOH inventory, communicate proactively on stock issues, process returns efficiently, and generally support store operations.
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, processing, and organizing incoming inventory shipments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Pay is on an hourly basis, ranging from $20 - $23 per hour, and will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in contemporary or luxury retail and a proven track record in cultivating meaningful client relationships is strongly preferred.

  • Has a friendly and energetic personality; exhibits professionalism in all situations and is collaborative and people-focused, excelling in team environments and interpersonal interactions.
