SafeSplash Swim School is seeking an organized, energetic, and leadership-driven Swim School Manager to oversee daily operations, staff development, customer experience, and community engagement at our swim school. This role is ideal for someone passionate about aquatics, team leadership, and creating a positive environment for families and swimmers of all ages.

The Swim School Manager will lead front desk and instructional teams, maintain high safety and service standards, support enrollment growth, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Operations & Administration
  • Oversee daily swim school operations and facility readiness

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and aquatic safety standards 
Sales & Community Engagement
  • Support membership growth and enrollment goals

  • Assist with social media content, newsletters, and in-house promotions 
  • Help implement marketing initiatives and corporate playbook strategies 
Qualifications
  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred 
  • Aquatics, swim school, childcare, hospitality, or customer service background strongly preferred

  • Comfortable leading teams and handling customer concerns 
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
