Scheduling Coordinator – Customer Service & Operations Support
Part-Time | In-Office | KRE Security, LLC
Location: 16600 Pottsville Pike, Hamburg, PA 19526
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Starting Pay: $20.00/hour

Looking for a consistent weekend schedule that keeps your weekdays free? KRE Security, LLC is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Scheduling Coordinator to join our Hamburg office team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, staying organized, and keeping things moving. You'll play an important role in supporting our employees and ensuring our clients' staffing needs are met.
No security industry experience? That's okay! We provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
  • Create, manage, and adjust schedules across multiple client locations
  • Communicate with employees, supervisors, and management by phone and email
  • Respond to call-offs, schedule changes, and staffing needs
  • Coordinate coverage for open shifts
  • Help resolve scheduling issues with a professional, customer-focused approach
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
  • Work with Recruiting and Operations to support staffing needs
  • Use Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Google Workspace
  • Handle confidential employee information professionally
What We're Looking For

Pay & Benefits
  • Starting Pay: $20.00/hour

  • Pay increase at 6 months and 1 year
  • 3% annual increase thereafter

  • PTO begins accruing after a 60-day waiting period
  • Consistent Saturday & Sunday schedule
