The Senior Security Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the security needs of our clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services while building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of security operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of security professionals.

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all security-related inquiries and concerns.
• Account Oversight: Manage a portfolio of security accounts, ensuring all services are delivered effectively and in accordance with client expectations and contractual obligations.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs, develop tailored security plans, and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance their security posture.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a team of security professionals, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of security personnel and services, conducting regular assessments and implementing improvements as necessary.
• Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of budgets for security accounts, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions to clients.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance, security incidents, and service improvements to both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure all security operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, collaborating with the sales team to pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or account management, preferably in the security industry.
• Strong understanding of security operations, risk management, and compliance standards.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and security management software.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and oversee security operations.
