Job description

Our Hospitality Mindset

We believe great hospitality starts with great people. Our team is passionate about creating memorable experiences while supporting one another through a culture of teamwork, respect, and growth. Whether you’re just starting your career or bringing years of experience, we value individuals who take pride in service and want to be part of something bigger than themselves. Together, we work hard, have fun, and make a meaningful impact every day.

Scope of the Role

As a Golf Course Maintenance General Laborer, you’ll help protect the daily standards that members expect by driving consistent, high-quality course presentation. You’ll execute detailed turf and grounds work, coordinate closely with the maintenance team, and respond to shifting priorities to keep play conditions sharp and reliable.
Key responsibilities include mowing greens/tees/fairways/rough, trimming and edging landscape areas, raking and maintaining bunkers, setting up the course for play, and supporting general grounds upkeep and special projects.
Required qualifications/skills:
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently with a team outdoors
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to follow direction
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing/walking, bending, and lifting
- Availability for early mornings and varying weather; weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Landscaping/grounds/golf course experience helpful, not required
If you take pride in visible results and steady execution, apply today.

Total Rewards

We offer competitive total compensation with pay at $16–$18/hour, plus a benefits package that supports long-term stability: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage; 401(k); Life Insurance; Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA). You’ll also have access to a snack/drink room and employee discounts.

Morning-to-Play Ready

Your day begins early, when the course is quiet and details matter most. You’ll move through the property with the crew as conditions and the weather dictate, shifting focus to ensure everything is dialed in before the first groups arrive. Expect a steady pace, clear communication, and a strong sense of ownership as you see the course transition from first light to member-ready. By the end of the shift, you can point to a polished, consistent playing experience and know your work directly shaped it.
