Job description

Hidden Valley Country Club (HVCC) is seeking hospitality-minded Guest Service Attendants who take pride in hard work, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional member experience.
Position Summary
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being outdoors, engaging with members by name, and supporting daily golf operations with energy, professionalism, and a service-first mindset. Guest Service Attendants are often the first and last impression of the Club and play a key role in creating a welcoming, polished, and memorable experience for members and their guests.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Greet members and guests warmly, using names whenever possible.
  • Provide attentive, proactive service throughout the golf operation (bag drop, cart staging, range support, and course interaction as applicable).
  • Assist with loading, unloading, cleaning, and staging golf bags and carts.
  • Support daily golf operations to ensure smooth pace of play and a positive on-course experience.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional service areas.
  • Communicate clearly with the Golf Professional staff and fellow team members.
  • Anticipate member needs and respond promptly with a helpful, solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Uphold HVCC service standards, safety practices, and appearance guidelines.
