General Laborer

Location: Pasadena, TX
Pay: $15.50/hour

Schedule: 8 AM - 5PM (could stay later)

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable General Laborers to assist with time-sensitive production and warehouse projects. This position involves material handling, packaging, drum filling, labeling, and other general labor duties in a fast-paced industrial environment. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to perform physical work throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble Gaylord boxes for production and shipping.
  • Lift and pour 30-pound bags of material into Gaylord boxes.
  • Fill drums with liquid surfactant according to work instructions.
  • Open and close drum lids using power drills.
  • Mix drum contents using a power drill with a mixing paddle attachment.
  • Remove and apply product labels as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Perform additional general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, production, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable using basic power tools such as drills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with plastic banding equipment is a plus.
