What is a weekend general laborer?

Weekend General Laborers are workers who perform various manual tasks, typically on weekends, to support operations in industries like construction, warehousing, landscaping, or manufacturing. Their duties may include lifting and moving materials, cleaning work sites, assisting skilled workers, and operating basic equipment. These roles are often entry-level and require physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions.
