Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Associates degree in teaching discipline plus three years of experience in the field as an EMT Paramedic.
- Three year's experience as an EMT Paramedic or equivalent work experience required.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in teaching discipline or related.
- Six years of current work experience as a EMT paramedic.
- Preferred cards held in one or all the following: ACLS, PALS, PHTLS, GEMS, BIS, OR AMLS.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Texas Certified/Licensed Paramedic or NREMT Paramedic (NRP).
- Valid Texas Driver's Licensed Paramedic or NRWMT Paramedic (NRP).
