This temp-to-hire, full-time Machine Operator position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with some prior manufacturing or machinery experience who enjoy hands-on work. In this role, you’ll help ensure smooth production, perform quality checks, and document product measurements all while gaining valuable experience. 
 
Machine Operator Job Duties:
  • Operate and monitor production machines to produce high-quality parts
  • Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues to keep production running smoothly 
  • Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure they meet specifications  
  • Record production data and measurements accurately to maintain quality and efficiency 
 
Schedule: Day shift and weekend compressed graveyard 
  • Day shift: Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm
  • Graveyard: Friday to Sunday, 5pm to 5am
    • Train 2-3months, Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm
 
Pay: $22 per hour
  • Plus a $2/hr weekend shift differential 
 
Machine Operator Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, machine operation, production, or a similar hands-on environment preferred 
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate equipment, make basic machine adjustments, and troubleshoot issues 
  • Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, or similar inspection equipment preferred 
  • Comfortable using a computer to document production data, record measurements, and follow work instructions
