Evolution is hiring On-Camera Game Hosts at our Atlantic City studio. You'll host live casino games - Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat - on camera from a professional broadcast studio while players join online from around the world.
No casino experience needed. No hosting experience required.
If you've worked as a server, waitress, waiter, food runner, or in any restaurant or hospitality role, you already have the energy, composure, and people skills we look for.
We train you on the rest.
Job Description
This is not a restaurant job.
No food running. No cleaning tables. No side work at the end of a long shift. No customers demanding modifications at 9pm. No tip-outs you didn't see coming. No doubles you didn't ask for.
You'll sit in a modern broadcast studio, host live casino games on camera, and earn consistent hourly pay plus tips - every single shift, regardless of how busy it is.
Think: the personality and composure you built on the floor + live hosting + studio environment.

Who We're Looking For

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
  • Restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable being on camera
  • Reliable and professional
  • Physical Requirements
  • Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
  • Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
  • Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
  • Able to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license
