Regard drafts a note even before the physician sees the patient, enabling an approach that gets documentation right at the point of care - we call it Proactive Documentation. This improves quality of care, reduces physician burden, and improves hospital finances. We are excited by challenges, mission-oriented work, and meaningful relationships. • Operate independently in building new features and capabilities, with support from senior engineers
  • Maintain and improve the quality of the codebase and tooling in your area of responsibility by proactive fixes and improvements, and through identifying and proposing projects to improve the overall backend codebase
  • Participate in operational activities supporting including on-call, monitoring, and production support
  • Contribute as necessary across the stack (front end, infrastructure, AWS, etc)

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
