The Senior Front-End Developer will be part of a team supporting established projects and creating products from the ground up.
The ideal candidate is a team player and is passionate about learning and applying their technical skills and experience to solve real-world problems.
Responsibilities
- Develop new user-facing features
- Build reusable libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Talk with users, Client their challenges, build innovative solutions
- Keep up with current conventions in the web development community.
- Research the latest technologies, identifying what is strength and what is fad.

Qualifications

Skills
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility challenges
- Proficient understanding web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including JQuery
- Good understanding of a more advanced JavaScript library/framework such as AngularJS.
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
- Good understanding of the Agile process and tools that support the process, such as Jira.
- Familiarity with web servers such as Apache, Nginx, etc.

Bonus/Nice To Have
- Interest in design and/or user experience
- Familiarity with mockup tools such as Sketch, Balsamiq, InVision, etc.
- Understanding of modern aesthetic of visual style
- Familiarity with graphic manipulation software such as Photoshop, Gimp, etc.
