Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React,
JavaScript/TypeScript, and related frontend technologies while ensuring code quality, automation, and seamless CI/CD delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js and modern frontend frameworks.
• Build reusable, modular, and scalable UI components using JavaScript (ES5/ES6) and TypeScript.
• Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and business requirements into high-quality production- ready code.
• Develop responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling frameworks.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following frontend development best practices and coding standards.
• Implement state management solutions and ensure efficient data flow across applications.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote coding best practices within the team.
• Manage source code using GitHub, including branching, pull requests, code merges, and release management.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and production issues.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and other testing frameworks.
• Create and execute unit, integration, end-to-end (E2E), and regression test cases to ensure application quality.
• Monitor application stability and performance through automated testing and continuous integration processes.
• Ensure adherence to security, accessibility, and compliance standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Support production deployments and provide post-release monitoring and issue resolution.
