Job description

Who We are:
Invicti Security helps more than 4,000 organizations worldwide secure web applications and APIs with the industryโ€™s most accurate application security platform, powered by 20 years of technology leadership in DAST. Combining proof-based testing, runtime intelligence, and continuous innovation, Invicti enables AppSec teams to identify real risk, reduce alert noise, and ship secure software faster.

Who You Are:
We are looking for an AI-first, Senior Marketing Web Developer to own our marketing website โ€” you understand not just the code behind it, but how it operates, how it performs, and how itโ€™s coordinated across teams. This is a hybrid role: handsโ€‘on management of our web platform, fluent in the broader marketing tech and web stack, and comfortable being the single point of accountability for a site that drives critical pipeline.

Youโ€™ll employ your expert communication skills to problemโ€‘solve and translate project needs and solutions between technical, operations, and marketing stakeholders. Your time will be spent building and maintaining site infrastructure, and managing the dayโ€‘toโ€‘day operations of the website as a shared asset across marketing, operations, design, and demand generation.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Website build and maintenance: Design, build, and maintain marketing website pages and components in Webflow (or a comparable visualโ€‘development platform), balancing speed with a maintainable, scalable structure.
  • Operations and coordination: Act as the central owner of the website โ€” triaging requests, setting priorities, and coordinating with design, content, demand gen, and engineering so changes ship without stepping on each other.
  • Tooling and integrations: Manage the web stack: CMS, forms, tag management, marketing automation, and thirdโ€‘party integrations, keeping the pipeline between the website and downstream systems (CRM, marketing automation) clean and reliable.
  • Analytics and funnel optimization: Track site performance, conversion, and funnel dropโ€‘off using web analytics tools; turn findings into a prioritized, evidenceโ€‘backed roadmap of experiments and fixes.
  • Growth and lead acquisition: Partner with growth marketing on conversion paths that support lead acquisition โ€” treating the site as a growth channel, not a static brochure.
  • AIโ€‘assisted workflows: Use AI tools where they genuinely speed up the work โ€” for example, content variations, QA, personalization, or reporting โ€” and know when a manual, evidenceโ€‘based approach is the better call.
  • Communication: Keep stakeholders informed on the roadmap, tradeoffs, and status without needing to be asked; be the person others go to for โ€œwhatโ€™s the state of the website.โ€
  • Taking on evolving duties and special projects that align with the shifting priorities of the Marketing Department

What You Will Need:

  • 3 to 5 years of web flow experience with a track record of building and maintaining production marketing sites.
  • Experience owning a websiteโ€™s operations, not just its code โ€” prioritizing requests, coordinating stakeholders, and being accountable for the site as a whole.
  • Working knowledge of the broader web stack: CMS platforms, tag management, forms, and integrations between the website and marketing/sales tools.
  • Comfort with web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, and similar) and using data to diagnose funnel issues and prioritize fixes.
  • Direct experience with marketing websites in a growth or leadโ€‘acquisition context โ€” you understand how site structure and content connect to the pipeline.
  • Practical experience applying AI tools to real web workflows, with a clear sense of where they add value and where they donโ€™t.
  • Strong written and verbal communication โ€” you can explain technical material to a nonโ€‘technical stakeholder and vice versa.

Technical Requirements:

  • Webflow and WordPress Experience; good knowledge of CSS/HTML/JS
  • Experience managing clientโ€‘side and serverโ€‘side aspects of web applications
  • Tag management (Google Tag Manager) and Website Performance (GA4, Hotjar)
  • Marketing automation/CRM integrations (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) including forms, leadโ€‘routing logic and API and 3rd party integrations
  • Git or similar version control and workflow platform
  • Basic understanding of backโ€‘end/framework management and applicationโ€‘level code and database design and development

Your Health & Wellness Matters:

  • Health Insurance: Taking care of our team goes beyond the office. We cover 100% of employee health care, vision and dental premium costs. For dependents, we contribute 75% of the health care and 50% vision/dental premium cost, so you can be sure that you and your family are in the best possible health. Coverage is effective your first day.
  • Employee Assistance Program: Emotional Support Counseling services - 24/7 Life Coaching, Dependent Care, Elder Care, Financial & Legal Support, Wellness Coaching, New Parent Support and more
  • Parental Leave16 week paid leave for birthing parent recovery. 4 week paid leave for nonโ€‘birthing/bonding parent
  • 401(k) Savings Plan: 50% up to 6% company match with 100% annual cliff vesting

We Value Adult/Life Balance:

  • Hybrid or Remote Working: If you are local to one of our office locations, you can work a hybrid/home schedule - we got you covered
  • Discretionary Time Off: Enjoy a flexible vacation schedule where you do not have to wait to use time off until it is accrued
  • Quarterly Thriveโ€‘Wellness Days: One extra vacation day per quarter where the entire company takes a break from normal, daily activities to refresh and rejuvenate
  • Volunteerism Time Off : 5 days of paid time off each year to participate in the volunteer activities of your choice

We Value You:

  • Employee Recognition: Ongoing recognition & rewards. A Culture that emphasizes personal and professional growth

At Invicti, we believe our people are at the core of our success. Our Total Rewards approach is designed to attract, support, and grow exceptional talent by offering a balanced mix of competitive compensation, meaningful benefits, and opportunities for recognition and development. We take a global, flexible approach that aligns with our business goals and values while adapting to regional needs. Above all, we are committed to transparency and ensuring our employees understand how we invest in their success and wellโ€‘being.

As we operate in a dynamic, fastโ€‘paced industry, this role evolves with the business. While core responsibilities are outlined above, duties may adapt over time to meet operational needs and support both team success and your professional growth

โ€œAt Invicti, we embrace diversity and individuality in all forms. Discrimination has no place here - regardless of race, religion, gender, age, ability, sexual orientation, or any other aspect that makes you unique. We're all about creating a space where everyone feels valued and included. So come as you are and join us in shaping the future of our industry.โ€
