Nursing Assistant
Provide direct patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse. Carry out patient care plans, provide physical and general care, monitor patients, and document care in a timely manner. Organize patient room to maintain a clean environment. Education/Degree Required:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required unless candidate holds a nursing assistant certification.
Experience/Certification Required:
Recent experience and/or training in clinical patient care.
Skills Required:
Effective verbal and written communication skills with the English language. Basic skills in math and computer science. Ability to perform, modify, and record all physical therapy skills with relevance to appropriate thoroughness and sequencing. Healthcare Provider CPR certification required. Knowledge of DPH/OEMS regulations.
Preferred:
Highly developed communications and interpersonal skills, working with diverse population. Ability to work independently, be self-directed and contribute as a member of a team. Anticipates challenges and develops and implements strategies for addressing them. High level of service delivery. Demonstrate initiative with ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and adapt to changing situations. Attention to detail.
Full-time, 40-hour/week, EO weekend schedule. $750 Sign-On Bonus. Onsite. Work Location: 311 Service Road. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40. Employee Type: Regular. Work Shift: Night (United States of America). Pay Range: $21.98 - $26.58/Hourly.
