Licensed Clinical Neuropsychologist (Forensic Focus) - Morristown, NJ - (New Grads Accepted)

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Schedule: Mon - Fri (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) - No on-call responsibilities

Caseload: Approximately 3 new comprehensive evaluations per week (Additional therapy caseload as appropriate)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist specializing in Clinical and Forensic Neuropsychology to support our primary office in Morristown and additional office Pennington, NJ.

The practice provides comprehensive clinical and forensic neuropsychological services to both adult and pediatric populations. Experience in psychotherapy, cognitive rehabilitation, and biofeedback in rehabilitation populations is considered beneficial.

This role also provides opportunities to participate in training and supervision of postdoctoral fellows and doctoral-level externs within a specialty neuropsychology and forensic psychology training environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forensic Neuropsychological Evaluations

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical and forensic neuropsychological evaluations, including:

  • Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs)

  • Civil neuropsychological IMEs for both plaintiff and defense

  • Disability evaluations

  • Workers' compensation evaluations

  • Fitness-for-duty evaluations

  • Parental capacity and best-interest-of-the-child evaluations

  • Criminal Forensic Evaluations

  • Competency to stand trial assessments

  • Mental state at the time of the offense evaluations

  • Violent offender risk assessments

  • Sex offender risk assessments

  • Clinical Evaluations & Treatment

Provide assessments and treatment for conditions including:

Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Dementia, ADHD, PTSD, Personality disorders, Neurodevelopmental disorders, Psychiatric and neurocognitive conditions

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology

  • Specialty training and experience in Clinical Neuropsychology

  • Licensed in New Jersey or license-eligible in NJ

  • APA-approved training credentials

  • Strong experience in neuropsychological and forensic evaluations

  • Open to early-career candidates and newly licensed professionals
