As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Link Mind Counseling Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions, offering clients a supportive space to share experiences, develop insights, and nurture connections that foster community.
• Providing Individual Therapy: Deliver empathetic, personalized counseling, exploring clients’ thoughts and feelings to help them craft actionable coping strategies.
• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect their individual needs, preferences, and recovery goals.
• Monitoring Progress: Implement various assessment tools to track client progress and outcomes, providing feedback that informs adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborating with Team Members: Work alongside fellow professionals in a coordinated effort to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients, sharing insights and strategies in complex cases during regular team meetings.

Your primary focus will be on working with teens and young adults aged 18 to 30 who are facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitional life issues. To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid LPC license in the state of Texas.
• A Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for degrees in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• A deep understanding of mental health issues affecting young adults, coupled with a gentle and encouraging approach to therapy.

Ideal candidates will have experience in:

• Working in outpatient settings, preferably with young adult populations.
