Use hand signals, signs, and flags to safely guide pedestrians and vehicles around construction zones. Maintain a safe work zone by monitoring traffic flow to protect workers, motorists, and pedestrians. Document and report site safety conditions, inventory, and equipment issues. Job Requirements & Skills: Must have reliable transportation. Ability to stand for long periods, walk on uneven surfaces, and lift up to 50 lbs. or more, often in all weather conditions. Clear communication with team members, motorists, and the public.
