Position Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily field operations on water, fire, and mold restoration projects. This role ensures crews are performing work according to company standards, safety protocols, and IICRC guidelines. Youโ€™ll act as the โ€œboots on the groundโ€ leader, supporting the Project Manager and keeping jobs on track.
Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise field crews on active job sites.
  • Ensure safety protocols and company procedures are followed.
  • Oversee equipment setup, usage, and retrieval (dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers, etc.).
  • Document daily job progress in Encircle/Albiware.
  • Assist with demolition, mitigation, and cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Communicate with Project Managers on progress, crew needs, and customer concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and proper handling of customer property.
  • Train and mentor Helpers and new technicians.
Qualifications

  • 1โ€“2 years of experience in restoration or construction preferred.
  • Knowledge of water and fire restoration techniques; IICRC certifications a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate crews.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with mobile apps/software (Encircle, Albiware, DocuSketch).
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving record.
