- Reviews & plans work to be performed (consult with client, leads, supervisors, originator, production supervisors and other planner/schedulers as necessary).
- Scope and organize all information, parts, tools, job plans, drawings & special procedures required for the craftsperson to perform the work.
- Approaches all aspects of the work to be performed with safety as the highest priority.
- Determines and identifies labor and skills required to self-perform the work or if external support (subcontractors) is required.
- Keeps accurate (KPI) metrics on the performance of planning functions and provide timely reports to the Site Manager as required.
- Continuously improving the job packages by receiving feedback from technicians, supervisors, engineers, and client staff.
- Manage annual purchase orders & daily invoices.
- Using your experience and skills determine time estimates for reactive/corrective work orders.

What You'll Need
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with at least 3 years of relevant planning & scheduling experience with-in a CMMS platform (Maximo preferred).
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic equipment parts and manufacturing equipment.
- Demonstrated competence with computers experience with MS Office is necessary.
- Knowledge and experience with HSE and regulatory requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to professional communicate with vendor(s) regarding purchase orders and invoicing.
- Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles.
- Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, run rates, averages, and projected rates.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities or projects simultaneously and keep them progressing to completion.
- Strive for continuous improvement for processes, procedures, job plans, Preventative maintenance, and more.
- Ability to read standard blueprints, machine, and P&ID drawings. Ability to sketch or redline existing drawings.
