Fiber Network Services is a premier communications contractor, providing comprehensive fiber optic cable network solutions to major clients such as Cox Communications, Comcast Cable, Crown Castle, and more. We proudly serve five states and Washington D.C., ensuring reliable and high-speed internet connectivity through Fiber Optic and Coaxial systems.
Fiber Network services (FNS) are seeking an NT Fiber Supervisor for our Manassas VA location. The NT Fiber Supervisor will oversee fiber optic installation projects, manage teams, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintains high-quality service delivery.
Job Responsibilities (but not limited to)
  • Plan, schedule, and manage all fiber optic projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead and supervise a team of fiber optic technicians, providing hands-on leadership and training to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic networks, including trenching, conduit installation, and splicing.
  • Monitor the performance and integrity of fiber optic networks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with services and address any concerns or issues that arise during projects.
  • Identify and resolve system issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, team performance, and compliance with safety standards, reporting to higher management as necessary.
