Job description

All Qualifications Are Preferred Training will be provided if needed.
 
●Check light levels on future  installs and trouble shoot accordingly if failing light level.
●Perform cable and fiber installation work including splicing fiber
●Terminate, splice, and install a variety of fiber optic connectors and enclosures including both loose tube fiber and ribbon fiber
●Proficient in using fiber tools and fiber optic test equipment including fusion splicers, OTDR,  VFL's and other fiber equipment. 
●Ability to troubleshoot damaged fiber, effectively and efficiently
●Ability to read, understand and update splice documentation and maps
Perform construction activities, including, pulling new cable/fiber through conduits.
