Berns Landscape Services, located in Warren, MI, is actively seeking a dedicated and reliable Spray & Fertilizer Technician (Plant Health Care) to join our dynamic team. This opportunity offers the chance to apply specialized skills in plant health care and build a long-term career in a stable, in-demand field.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely and effectively apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and disease treatments to lawns, trees, and shrubs

  • Diagnose plant health issues and recommend appropriate treatments

  • Mix and apply products according to label instructions and safety standards

  • Operate and maintain spray equipment and related tools

  • Maintain accurate records of all applications and treatments

  • Communicate treatment plans and results with clients in a professional manner

Qualifications:

  • Valid Michigan Applicator License (Categories 3A, 3B, 6) is required

  • Reliable with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Interest in developing a long-term career in plant health care

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Landscape or related experience is helpful

Compensation:

  • $22–$25 per hour, based on experience

  • $1,000 signing bonus after 90 days

  • Weekly pay
