PATROL SOLUTIONS HIRING EVENTArmed Security Officers 

Patrol Solutions is hosting an in-person hiring event for experienced Armed Security Professionals. We are offering competitive pay, multiple shift options, and opportunities for advancement.

Hiring Event Location: Commerce, CA 90040
Specific location will be on your provided invite after scheduling your interview. 

Hiring Event Dates & Times:
Wednesday August 5th & Thursday August 6th, 2026
Interviews available from 8:30am - 3:30pm 

Now Hiring: Armed Security Officers

Positions Available:
Full-Time | Part-Time | Flex

Pay Rates:

  • Armed Officer with Guaranteed Full-Time or Part-Time Hours : $20.50 - $21.00 per hour
  • Armed Flex Officer: $22.00 per hour 

Available Shifts:

  • Day, Swing, and Graveyard shifts available.
  • Schedules determined at time of hire.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have the following:

  • Valid Driver’s License (no violations within the past 3 years)
  • Current BSIS Guard Card
  • BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit
  • BSIS Baton Permit
  • Pepper Spray Certification
  • CPR or First Aid Certification
  • Must own personal firearm and duty gear
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of assigned properties
Monitor for unauthorized activity and safety hazards
Complete Daily Activity and Incident Reports using a mobile device
Maintain professional communication with clients, colleagues, and the public
Respond to emergency situations including medical, fire, and property incidents
Maintain consistent attendance, professional appearance, and performance
