The Large Power Systems Division in Griffin, GA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Factory Manager to lead a high-performing manufacturing operation. As Factory Manager, you will lead a fast-paced manufacturing environment with end-to-end accountability for manufacturing and assembly across four value streams. You will drive Operational Excellence through the disciplined execution of Lean principles, continuous improvement, and Built-In Quality, ensuring world-class safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Summary Pay Range:
$159,120.00 - $238,680.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
