Job description

Hours are 3:30PM-12:00 AM (OT/ Weekends likely).

Pay: $16.00/hr with shift differential of $.50/hr for working 2nd shift hours.

Summary:

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Packer is responsible for processing the highest quality of fresh fish to fulfill customer orders. Additionally, this individual is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Packaging product with speed and accuracy.
  • Understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Works cooperatively with others.
  • Long term standing is required
  • Must be able to lift, pull/push, carry up to 50lbs for short distances.
  • Walking, long term standing is required.
  • Production area maintains a cold temperature, warm clothing is required

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-year factory related experience preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Work performed in a cold environment (35-40 degrees)
  • Standing for long hours
  • Fast Pace Environment
