Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our team at [Dealership Name]. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards. This role requires strong technical abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on all makes and models, or as assigned by brand specialization

  • Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and software

  • Complete repair orders efficiently and according to manufacturer specifications and flat-rate guidelines

  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and fellow technicians regarding repair needs, timelines, and parts availability

  • Stay current with factory training and certifications

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety and environmental regulations

  • Road-test vehicles to ensure repairs are completed accurately and safely

  • Document all work performed and any recommendations for future maintenance or repairs


Qualifications:
