Job description

Bring craftsmanship to life, one stitch at a time, as a Sewing Operator at Gabriella White.

If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality, and like being part of a team that creates something tangible every day, this could be a great fit. As a Sewing Operator, you will help produce high-quality cushions, pillows, and related products using industrial sewing equipment. You will follow patterns and work orders, work with a variety of fabrics, and play an important role in keeping production moving safely and efficiently.

We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, whether you are continuing to build your sewing skills or bringing experience from another production environment.

What You Do

  • Sew cushions, pillows, umbrellas, and other finished products based on daily production needs
  • Work with different fabric types, weights, and textures
  • Follow patterns, instructions, and work orders to produce consistent, high-quality products
  • Operate industrial sewing machines and make basic adjustments as needed
  • Perform simple machine tasks like changing threads, needles, and bobbins
  • Check your work for quality before it moves to the next step
  • Keep your sewing area clean, organized, and safe
  • Support the team by rotating to other tasks or stations when needed
