About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at Eye Care Center of Virginia PC as a Registered Nurse in the office based surgery center one day per week (Tuesday), where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional eye care to our patients. We are committed to delivering high-quality services and fostering a supportive environment for our staff. Guaranteed 8 hour pay each week.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and provide timely updates to the healthcare team.
  • Educate patients and their families on eye health and post-operative care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with ophthalmologists and CRNA.
  • Ensure a safe and sterile environment in the clinic.
  • Insert IV for CRNA administration
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of Virginia.
  • Previous experience in an Ambulatory Surgical Center preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient care.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
