Location: Waterford, Michigan
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
General Job Objectives: Responsible for managing the scheduling and day-to-day planning for the Chief Executive Officer. Works with CEO on lawn care services, real estate and entertainment businesses. Assists in communication with all parties who work with the CEO. This position is 100% in office.
Essential Job Duties:
• Maintaining the schedule of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), both personal and professional
• Scheduling and managing events and appointments
• Managing maintenance of facilities
• Planning and managing projects
• Maintaining tenant and vendor relations
• Collecting tenant receivables
• Maintaining CEO files
• Scheduling and coordinating virtual meetings
• Preparing reports as needed
• Managing meetings, sending agendas, taking meeting minutes, distributing minutes
• Planning events
• Reviewing contracts for accuracy
• Maintaining the Corporate Manual
• Listing real estate
• Managing boxing social media
• Scheduling travel
• Traveling to meetings and boxing events with CEO as necessary
Qualifications:
• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Minimum two (2) years experience in building management, customer service/hospitality or executive assistance
• Demonstrated ability to organize documentation and maintain digital calendar
• Experience working with vendors
