Arizona Sales Representative - Golden Eagle Energy Drink

Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 (Base + Commission + Performance Bonuses)

About the Opportunity

Momentum Distribution Inc. is the authorized distributor of Golden Eagle Energy Drink and is building the brand throughout the U.S. market, beginning with expansion across Arizona.

We are looking for energetic, competitive, and relationship-driven Sales Representatives who are ready to develop new business and grow with an emerging beverage brand.

The right candidate will spend time in the market meeting business owners, buyers, and other decision-makers, opening new accounts, supporting existing customers, and generating repeat business.

This is an opportunity to get involved early with an emerging beverage brand and have a direct impact on its growth.

Your Mission

Your primary objective is simple:

Build Golden Eagle sales and customer relationships across Arizona.

You will be responsible for developing relationships and generating business across both On-Premise and Off-Premise channels, including:

 Convenience stores and gas stations

 Independent and regional retailers

 Grocery and specialty retail

 Restaurants and restaurant groups

 Bars and nightlife venues

 Hotels and resorts

 Entertainment and event venues

 Gyms and fitness facilities

 Other qualified beverage and retail accounts

This is a hands-on field sales position. You will be expected to create opportunities, open doors, present the product, close new business, and grow customer relationships over time.

What You'll Do

 Prospect, develop, and close new accounts across Arizona

 Build relationships with owners, operators, beverage buyers, purchasing managers, and other key decision-makers

 Conduct product presentations, tastings, sampling events, and account meetings

 Increase product placement, distribution, visibility, and sales volume

 Grow existing accounts and generate repeat business

 Build and maintain an active sales pipeline

 Follow up consistently with prospects and active accounts

 Identify new account and market opportunities

 Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and sales information in Company systems

 Work closely with sales leadership to support account growth and customer needs

 Represent Golden Eagle professionally and enthusiastically throughout the Arizona market

 Report to sales leadership on account activity, opportunities, challenges, and results

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has demonstrated the ability to build relationships, create opportunities, and produce sales results.

The ideal candidate will have:

 Sales, business development, or account-management experience preferred

 Beverage, CPG, foodservice, hospitality, distribution, grocery, convenience-store, or retail experience preferred

 Proven ability to prospect and develop new business

 Experience building relationships with business owners, buyers, and key decision-makers

 Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

 Confidence working in a face-to-face sales environment

 Strong organizational skills and disciplined follow-up

 A competitive and self-motivated approach to sales

 The ability to manage multiple prospects and customer relationships

 An entrepreneurial mentality and willingness to help build a business from the ground up

 The ability to operate independently while working closely with sales leadership

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is hungry to win.

Compensation and Performance Incentives

We believe strong sales performance should be rewarded.

This position combines a competitive base salary with additional earning potential tied to performance.

Base Salary: $52,000-$65,000, depending on experience and demonstrated sales ability.

Commission: 1.5-2.00% of Net Sales

Performance Bonuses: $50-100 for each new healthy account; $5,000-15,000 bonus for landing a big retail chain store with +50 locations.
