  • Setup a reflash environment at GM manufacturing site and lead the team of contractors to reflash ECUs
  • Work with manufacturing, engineering and suppliers to understand current reflash process.
  • Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Foster a forward-thinking work culture that embraces change and navigates future organizational and industry challenges.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships across various functions including software, manufacturing, and program management to synergize efforts towards future innovations.

Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications):

  • Foundational understanding of vehicle electrical systems, ECUs, or embedded systems.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, Ethernet) or coursework/lab exposure.
  • Familiarity with vehicle diagnostic or reprogramming tools (e.g., NeoVI, vSPY, DPS, or similar)
  • Understanding of manufacturing or end-of-line (EOL) processes, including basic testing or validation concepts.
  • Ability to follow and execute standardized technical procedures in a production or field environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability with aptitude to troubleshoot hardware/software issues with guidance.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to document issues and support training or deployment activities.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, hands-on environments (plant, yard, warehouse).
  • Willingness to travel extensively (75%+) and work off-shifts, weekends, and extended hours when required.

What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
