Job description

Join an established, patient-centered primary care practice embedded within Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital. We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician (or Family Medicine physician with an adult medicine focus) to join a collaborative team of physicians, NPs/PAs, medical support staff, and on-site behavioral health providers. This outpatient-only role offers the resources of a Harvard Medical School–affiliated teaching hospital in a supportive environment committed to high-quality care and professional development.

Practice details

  • Outpatient-only, embedded within Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital
  • Team of 8–10 physicians plus advanced practice providers
  • Full-time or part-time options (0.75–1.0 FTE; 6–8 sessions per week)
  • Shared call schedule (approximately 10 weekends/year)
  • Teaching opportunities with students and residents; recent graduates encouraged to apply

Requirements
