Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to support testing efforts across multiple development projects. This role is responsible for executing test strategies, identifying defects, and ensuring high-quality software delivery that meets business and user expectations. Key Responsibilities Execute manual testing including functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements Identify, document, track, and retest defects using test management tools Perform ongoing regression testing across multiple applications and systems Support multi-phase testing efforts and ensure timely project delivery Maintain test documentation, traceability matrices, and testing results Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams Communicate testing progress, risks, and results to stakeholders Assist in improving QA processes, standards, and best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst or Manual Tester Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall) Hands-on experience writing and executing detailed test cases Experience with tools such as Jira, HP Quality Center/ALM, Xray, or similar Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with structured development environments (dev/test/production) Exposure to automated testing tools is a plus Experience testing web, mobile, API, and backend systems.
