Location: Timken Aerospace, Keene, NH.
Job Type: Full Time.
Shift: Weekend Shift.
Schedule: Friday- Sunday 5:00am-5:00pm
Pay Range: $31.50- $34.75

Purpose & Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of cleanroom operations on a variety of products. Performing with the established process sheets, prints, engineering specifications.
  • Perform race gaging on a wide variety of components.
  • Assemble bearings at a highly skilled level needing radial play and making necessary adjustments with components to meet specifications, assemble bearings requiring contact angle and making adjustments to specifications. As well as perform 2nd level assembly operations.
  • Shield assemblies, using a greater variety of lube methods (dip and drain, drop, vacuum and impregnate, centrifuge methods) by specification.
  • Primary Package including other methods such as pill pack, nitrogen back fill, etc.
  • Operate standard and unique measuring equipment that may require adjustments and interpretation.
  • Work on special or prototype units completing assemblies and related work without specific written instructions or procedures.
  • Work with customer or government source inspectors.
  • Lend technical support and train others as needed.
  • Perform basic wash operations.
  • This individual may generate and/or handle regulated (i.e. hazardous/non-hazardous) waste as part of this job. This must be disposed of in accordance with federal/state regulations.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Ability to read and understand prints, process sheets, and engineering specifications
  • Ability to use and setup gaging
  • Ability to use tweezers, microscope, bush buttons, turn knobs, or levers.
  • Basic mathematical and mechanical skills are required.
  • Basic computer interface skills are required.
  • Strong attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task and coordinate work activities to be efficient and productive is required.
  • Strong ability to follow written and prescribed work instructions/procedures and tasks.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret specifications, acceptance criteria, and engineering drawings.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team along with solid training and mentoring skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Situational/Spatial awareness along with strict adherence to PPE/safety protocols is required.
