Licensed Electrical Superintendent – Mobile, AL
Location: Mobile, AL 
Employment Type: Direct Hire or Contract-to-Hire

A growing commercial construction and operational technology company is seeking a Licensed Electrical Superintendent to lead commercial electrical projects within 30 miles of Mobile, AL. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating daily jobsite activities, ensuring work is completed safely and in compliance with NEC standards, and delivering projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise commercial electrical construction projects
Install and oversee conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, lighting, and controls
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and project schedules
Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards
Mentor electricians and apprentices while maintaining quality workmanship

Qualifications:
Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license (or equivalent)
7+ years of commercial/industrial electrical construction experience
3+ years of field leadership or superintendent experience preferred
Strong knowledge of NEC and commercial electrical systems
ProCore and OSHA 30 certification are a plus
