Responsibilities

1. Electrical Project Progress Management

  • Oversee and manage electrical installation activities, including cable pulling, wiring, and power distribution systems.
  • Ensure all electrical work is completed on schedule and aligned with project milestones.


2. Electrical Installation & Construction Supervision

  • Supervise on-site electrical work such as conduit installation (EMT/ENT), cable routing, and panel wiring.
  • Coordinate with electricians and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of electrical tasks.


3. Quality Control & Compliance

  • Monitor and ensure all electrical installations comply with design specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct inspections of wiring, panels, and distribution systems to ensure quality and accuracy.


4. Coordination with Cross-functional Teams

  • Work closely with piping, equipment, and facility teams to ensure smooth integration of electrical systems.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders regarding progress and issues.


5. Site Management & Reporting

  • Track daily work progress and provide updates on electrical installation status.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and propose solutions proactively.


6. Work Flexibility

  • Willing to work overtime based on project requirements.
  • Able to work in cleanroom environments and follow safety protocols.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience in electrical construction, wiring, or power distribution systems
  • Familiar with:
    • Cable pulling & wiring
    • Electrical drawings / schematics
    • Conduit systems (EMT / ENT)
  • Strong understanding of electrical installation practices


Preferred:

  • Experience working in semiconductor or high-tech factory environments
  • Familiarity with cleanroom procedures
  • Experience supervising electricians or subcontractors


Plus:

  • Experience with TSMC projects
  • Knowledge of low-voltage / high-voltage systems
  • Mandarin communication skills
