About the Role:
Join Be Well In-Home Care as a compassionate caregiver dedicated to enhancing the lives of the elderly in Surprise, AZ. We're looking for passionate individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of our clients while enjoying a rewarding career in home care.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and companionship to elderly clients in their homes.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
  • Engage clients in meaningful activities and social interactions.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and health care practices.
