Job description

About the Partner Success Team

The Partner Success Intern will help support the Partner Success team and collaborate regularly with colleagues across Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, Deployment, and other functions. You'll have opportunities to interact directly with partners and see how drone delivery technology translates into real-world value. Our team is responsible for launching new restaurant and retail sites with our drone delivery service, building trusted relationships with the local restaurant and store managers at these sites, and identifying opportunities to grow the business. You are our important 'eyes and ears' on the ground providing insights on pain points and identifying new product features and capabilities.

The Role

The role will support our partners that use our drone delivery service. You'll work closely with the Partner Success team to ensure partners have a smooth experience-from launch and day-to-day operations to performance reviews and ongoing improvements. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of operations, customer success, data, and technology. You'll gain exposure to how a fast-growing drone delivery network operates while helping partners get the most value from the service.

What You'll Do

  • Track partner performance and analyze metrics such as delivery volume, service reliability, adoption, and customer experience.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and presentations that surface trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather partner feedback and work with internal teams to help resolve operational or product issues.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams to support partner needs.
  • Assist with business reviews, partner meetings, and follow-up action items.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal Partner Success processes, documentation, and tools.
  • Support special projects related to partner growth, network expansion, and new delivery use cases.
What You'll Bring
  • You must have completed the second year of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications or a related field. Masters are also eligible.
  • On-Site in the Richardson Hub.
  • Must be able to travel frequently throughout Dallas, Texas. Requires transportation (not company provided) and the ability to independently travel to operational sites, events, communities, and partner locations as needed.
  • Able to work occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Able to pivot in planning and be adaptive to change.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Not afraid to get a little scrappy.
