Job Summary:
The Transportation Driver at Emerald Nursing and Rehab Lancaster is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting residents to and from appointments, activities, and other destinations as required. This role ensures that
residents receive timely, reliable transportation while maintaining the highest standards of safety and comfort.
Work Environment:
Role involves working both indoors and outdoors, including handling vehicle-related tasks and interacting with residents in various settings.
Responsibilities:
  • Resident Transport: Safely transport residents to medical appointments, therapy sessions, social activities, and other destinations as scheduled.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance on transportation vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Report any issues to the maintenance department. • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and facility policies regarding vehicle safety and resident transportation.
