Job description

We're looking for Class A drivers with flatbed experience, as well as drivers who want to train into flatbed securement. Home every weekend, average $1,400 to $1,600 per week, full benefits, and your rider and pet ride with you at no charge.

Pay & Schedule:

  • All drivers, experienced or trainee, start at 27% of the load
  • Average weekly pay: $1,400 to $1,600
  • Run Monday through Friday/Saturday with a minimum 34 hours off every week
  • Though this is an OTR company, drivers generally run within five states of their domicile location

Sign-On Bonus (Experienced Drivers):

  • If you qualify as an experienced flatbed driver and have held 5 or fewer jobs in the last 3 years, you're eligible for a $5,000 bonus
  • Paid as $1,500 after your first load dropped, $1,500 at 180 days, and $2,000 at one year

Equipment:

  • Trucks no more than 3 years old, currently Cascadias and T680s, all automatic
  • Trucks are assigned to you and may be taken home

Benefits:

  • Full benefits start the first of the month after 30 days
  • Medical, dental, 401(k), and more
  • Rider and pet welcome at no charge from day one (trainees: once you're assigned your truck)

To Qualify as an Experienced Flatbed Driver, you need one of the following:

  • One full year of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in any trailer type 48ft or longer, including 6 months of verifiable Class A regional or OTR flatbed experience in the last 3 years
  • OR 9 months of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional flatbed experience in the last 3 years

To Qualify for Flatbed Training:

  • One full year of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 3 years

Additional Requirements:

  • No more than 6 Class A driving jobs in the last 3 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years (if one is a major violation, no other moving violations are permitted in that window)
  • May have 1 DOT preventable recordable accident in the last year, provided there was no fatality or injury
  • May not have been terminated from your most recent job for safety reasons
  • No felonies in the last 7 years, and no pending charges
  • No misdemeanors in the last 3 years
  • No failed or refused DOT drug test at any point in your driving history, even if SAP was completed
