Job description

Licensed 310T Heavy Truck and coach Mechanic Job description: We are seeking an experienced licensed 310T truck and coach mechanic to perform a wide range of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of commercial trucks and buses. This includes diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, conducting inspections, performing regular maintenance services, and repairing or replacing faulty components at our Branch in Cornwall, ON. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repairing heavy-duty and medium-duty trucks, including engines, transmissions, and other components.

Conduct on-site service calls and repairs at customer locations. Coach and develop apprentices. Maintain a clean and organized shop.

Build positive customer relations. Requirements: Valid 310T Truck and Coach License. 3-5 years' experience Cummins diagnostic/repair Ability to work independently and on-site during road service repairs.

Cummins training and certification is an asset. Safety-conscious and able to work in a safety-driven environment. Current knowledge of technical literature and equipment advancements.

Proficient with tools, shop machines, and electronic diagnostic equipment. PC literate, reliable, and team oriented. Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Physically fit and capable. AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred) Schedule: Shift: Day - Mon-Fri 3:30pm Nights - on call 12:am to 7:30am Overtime: Available Weekend: Required Compensation: Up to $20-$28/hr.
