Job description

Boost your earning potential with some of the strongest per-mile rates in the midwest. We are currently seeking experienced Class A CDL truck drivers for regional and OTR runs in our Dry Van and Reefer fleets. We reward your experience with transparent, high-paying CPM structures and predictable home time.

Earning Potential & Divisions:

  • Top Reefer Pay: $0.73 CPM for Bi-Weekend Home Time (Residency between 101250 miles of Chicago required)
  • Weekends Home: $0.68 CPM for Weekend Home Time (Residency within 100 miles of Chicago required)
  • Dry Van Pay: $0.65 to $0.70 CPM (Earn exactly $0.03/mile less than Reefer rates, scaled to your chosen home time schedule)

What We Looking For: We hold our fleet to high safety standards. To qualify for these premium rates, you must meet the following:

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 24 months (2 years) of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
  • Stable work history and a safety-first driving record
  • Full compliance with all DOT regulations
  • Note: We support second chances. Drivers who have completed Step 6 of the SAP Return-to-Duty process are encouraged to apply, subject to safety review.
