What you'll do
  • Manage and prioritize technician schedules, tasks and quotas to efficiently meet customer needs
  • Dispatch orders, messages, and special instructions to technicians and other departments
  • Track work status, provide updates, and escalate issues as necessary
  • Create, manage, and close tickets while updating logs as needed
  • Handle and process data from multiple sources
  • Create maps, upload permits, and handle related documentation
  • Keep records of service calls and work orders
  • Monitor and respond to customer and technician communications to resolve scheduling or service conflicts
  • Other duties as assigned

What you'll need
  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
  • At least one year of previous dispatch experience is preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Basic computer skills is preferred
