What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a weekend dispatcher?

To succeed as a Weekend Dispatcher, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions, often requiring a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and clear radio or phone communication protocols is common in this role.
