You set up your fixtures, dial in heat input to control distortion, and lay down crisp, uniform beads that pass visual and dimensional checks the first time. That’s a typical day here—hands-on craftsmanship backed by process discipline.

  • Expertise reading blueprints and interpreting welding symbols
  • Demonstrated success welding stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel
  • Solid background in fabrication, layout, and mechanical assembly
  • Comfort with precision measuring and inspection methods
  • Mastery of welding techniques, heat control, and distortion mitigation
  • Ability to produce work that aligns with industry quality standards (AWS or comparable experience preferred)
Preferred Extras
  • AWS certification (preferred)
  • Experience in manufacturing, fab shop, or industrial environments
