Location: Hialeah, Fl
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Earn: $54,000–$55,000+ in Your First Year
$42,000 Base Salary + Monthly Commission + Year-End Bonus
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Our company specializes in supplying aluminum and galvanized steel products to contractors, manufacturers, fabricators, machine shops, and commercial customers throughout South Florida. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, fast turnaround times, and providing quality metal products for a wide variety of industrial and construction applications.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, negotiating pricing, closing sales, and building long-term business relationships. If you're driven by results and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Selling

You'll work with a broad range of industrial metal products, including:

  • Aluminum tubing (round, square & rectangular)
  • Aluminum sheet and plate
  • Galvanized steel products
  • Structural angles and channels
  • Pipe and fittings
  • Diamond plate
  • Flat bar and specialty metals
  • Custom cutting and fabrication services

No previous metals industry experience is required, but experience selling industrial, manufacturing, construction, or building materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls throughout the business day
  • Prepare customer quotes and negotiate pricing
  • Convert quotes into sales and close new business
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Generate shipping paperwork for deliveries and customer pickups
  • Follow company procedures for order processing and documentation
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes to maximize sales opportunities
  • Research and prospect new customers using Google and industry resources
  • Process customer payments (credit card and cash)
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Work closely with warehouse and office staff to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Meet individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of inside sales, retail sales, customer service, or other customer-facing sales experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable negotiating pricing and closing sales
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to manage multiple quotes, orders, and follow-ups simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office required; CRM experience preferred)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to grow professionally
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Compensation

  • $42,000 annual base salary
  • 1% commission on gross profit (eligible after 90 days)
  • Average monthly commission of approximately $900
  • Average first-year earnings: $54,000–$55,000+
  • $2,000 year-end performance bonus
