Job description

At Calaway Dental, we're looking for a dependable, long-term Dental Assistant to join our friendly and professional team. If you have at least 2 years of dental assisting experience and are proficient with Dentrix, we'd love to meet you. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care while assisting with a wide variety of procedures in a fast-paced, modern dental practice.

We're searching for someone who is reliable, organized, and committed to growing with our practice long term. Dependability and consistency are extremely important to our team culture, and we value individuals who take pride in being accountable, supportive, and proactive. In return, we offer a positive work environment with strong opportunities for professional growth and advancement as our practice continues to expand.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Optional weekend hours available for those interested

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
  • Prepare and break down treatment rooms
  • Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos
  • Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
  • Chart treatment and clinical notes accurately in Dentrix
  • Provide exceptional patient care and education
  • Manage clinical workflow efficiently and support team success
  • Take initiative and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude

Our Practice Offers Experience In:

Requirements:
