Dental Lab Technician โ€“ Removable Prosthetics (CDT Required)Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dental Lab Technician specializing in removable prosthetics to join our high-volume implant and denture laboratory. This position focuses heavily on traditional removable laboratory procedures including wax rims, denture setups, pour-ups, relines, repairs, processing, and implant-retained dentures.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and holds an active Certified Dental Technician (CDT) certification

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Fabricate removable prosthetics including:
    • Conventional dentures
    • Implant-retained dentures
    • Partial dentures
    • Temporary dentures
    • Denture repairs and relines
  • Perform wax rims, bite blocks, setups, pour-ups, flasking, processing, finishing, and polishing
  • Repair and adjust removable prosthetics as needed
  • Create accurate models from impressions provided by the clinic
  • Try-ins and shade matching as needed
  • Complete cases accurately and within prescribed turnaround times
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all lab areas and equipment
  • Follow OSHA and infection control standards at all times
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and case organization as needed

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Certified Dental Technician (CDT) certification REQUIRED
  • Minimum 3 years of removable dental lab experience required
  • Experience with implant-retained prosthetics strongly preferred
  • Experience with All-on-X cases preferred
  • English fluency required; Spanish bilingual is a plus
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing detailed lab work
  • Ability to move throughout the lab as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
